Nice Black stiff Felt, edges are trimmed with Gold Piping – 2 decorations are attached, a Gold Buckle with a Ribbon piece, and a Gold Ribbon Tail. The hat is supplied Flat sided, Velcro is attached to the Bowl and the rim. That the Hat and gently steam, f fold the edges to a Tricorn shape. Wait for it to cool before pushing the Velcro together( the steam will soften the Glue that holds the Velcro) I know this is a lot to do but the result is great All measurements are approx. height 14cm circumference 5cm
